Generally speaking, it takes 7 days to get your products within the US, and 1-2 weeks to ship worldwide.

Shipping depends on weight and location, so we can’t give an exact number here. With that said, all shipping will be calculated at checkout, so you’ll know exactly how much you will be paying.

Lichico Fitness will allow a return for store credit or exchange of a product when you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- In new condition and not used, worn, or opened, with all original packaging and tags intact (including any unbroken package seals).
- In a resalable condition and not damaged in any way.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for change of mind on items that come in sealed packages or boxes if the seals are damaged or broken.

We offer a free lifetime exchange for all the parts of our equipment. Notes: We offer one bottle of treadmill lubricant for all the treadmills.
